Book an Initial Case Assessment

We're a criminal defence practice: this consultation is for criminal charges, traffic matters and intervention orders.

A confidential 60-minute meeting at our Little Collins Street office. The $660 fee covers two things: my review of your charge sheet, police brief and court documents before we meet, and the consultation itself, where I'll tell you frankly where the prosecution case is strong and weak, and set out your options and the strategy I'd recommend. We're a private practice and don't act on Legal Aid grants.

Available Monday to Thursday afternoons, in English, Cantonese or Mandarin. There's nothing to pay when you book — the fee is paid by bank transfer at the start of the consultation, and a tax invoice is emailed to you afterwards for your records. Your confirmation email will tell you what to send me and when.
